We send transactional messages necessary to operate your account, payments, and disputes; you cannot opt out of these while you have an active account. For promotional email, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by updating your notification preferences. You can manage in-Platform and email notification settings in your account.
SMS / text messages
The only text message we send is a one-time verification code, at your request, to the US mobile number you enter during signup. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not add your number to any recurring or automated messaging program.

The Platform is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
