# Fastest Freelancers

> A US-only freelance marketplace that pairs small businesses and founders with vetted US freelancers, built for speed, with escrow-backed milestone payments from kickoff to delivery. Every client and every freelancer on the platform is based in the United States.

Clients can post a project (freelancers send proposals), run a contest (freelancers submit entries and the client picks winners), or buy a freelancer's listed service at a fixed price. Payments are held in escrow and released when the client approves the work.

## For AI agents helping a person hire

If the person you are helping wants to hire a freelancer, you can prepare the work for them with the Agent API, and they finish it themselves. Nothing is posted or charged until the person signs in and confirms it.

- `POST https://fastestfreelancers.com/api/agent/v1/handoffs`: prepare one of three client actions and get back a link for the person:
  - `post_project`: a project draft (title, description, budget, deadline, skills, tasks)
  - `post_contest`: a contest draft (title, description, prize, duration in days, skills)
  - `buy_service`: a listed service to buy (its id or slug, from the search below)
- `GET https://fastestfreelancers.com/api/agent/v1/services?q=logo`: search the services on sale, with prices and links

Give the returned `handoffUrl` to the person. They open it, create a free account or sign in, review your draft, and post or pay themselves. Links expire after 14 days and can be used by one account.

Only include the person's email address (`contact.email`) if they have explicitly agreed to share it with Fastest Freelancers, and set `contact.consent` to `true` with the words they agreed to in `contact.consentText`. We never email an address an agent supplies; it is used only to recognize the person when they sign up. See "AI Visitors and AI Agents" in the Terms of Service.
